Update on the Scheme of Arrangement
Please be informed that Zipmex Asia Pte Ltd and Zipmex Pte Ltd have today issued their Explanatory Statement and Scheme of Arrangement. Affected creditors will be receiving a copy through email from the Scheme Managers.
Please be further informed that at present, the Scheme Meeting is fixed to be held on 22 November 2022.
