After March 1, 2024, customers are required to contact Customer Support for withdrawals. Please note that the withdrawal process for digital assets may take 7-14 days to be completed.
When proceeding with asset withdrawals through Customer Support, customers must prepare the necessary documents to confirm the identity and ownership of the account.
Please note that, for all asset types, including both fiat and digital assets eligible for withdrawal, you should ensure that the withdrawal amount meets or exceeds the withdrawal fee.
