For withdrawing the remaining balance of Thai Baht in your account, we would like to inform you that you can only withdraw Thai Baht to the bank account that you have registered with us.

If you would like to proceed with the request to withdraw your remaining Thai Baht, please follow the instructions below:

1. Check your remaining Thai Baht balance:
  • By referring to the e-Statement as of February 29, 2024, categorized by Trade Wallet and Z Wallet, which was sent from the email [email protected] on March 8, 2024.
2. Ensure that your remaining balance is greater than 20 Baht:
  • If your balance is less than 20 Baht, you will not be able to withdraw Thai Baht as it is insufficient to cover the withdrawal fee.
  • If your balance is greater than 20 Baht, please proceed with the withdrawal request.
3. Proceed with your withdrawal request:
  • Send an email to [email protected] with the required information along with your selfie. Please see the details below:

Information that needs to be provided in the email:

1) Your full name
2) Withdraw Thai Baht with the amount of XXXX Baht
3) Bank name of your bank account registered with Zipmex
4) Account number of your bank account registered with Zipmex
5) The email registered with Zipmex

Remarks: If you are unsure which bank account you have registered with Zipmex, please reach out to our Customer Support or submit a photocopy of your bank book that shows the account name, account number, and bank name, along with a certified true copy, stating “For use in withdrawing Thai Baht with Zipmex only” to confirm your bank account information.

Attach your selfie holding an ID card and a paper stating the following information:

1) Withdraw Thai Baht with the amount of XXXX Baht
2) The email registered with Zipmex
3) Date of request [the date you send the withdrawal request]
4) I hereby authorize Zipmex Co., Ltd. to withdraw [insert the amount] Baht in Thai Baht to the bank account ending with the last four digits [insert the last 4 digits of the bank account number] as specified in this email.
5) Signature
